4. Subscriptions & Payments

ClaimHub offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We offer a satisfaction guarantee — if you don't earn back your subscription fee within the first year, contact us for a refund.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClaimHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of settlement information. Payout amounts are estimates and actual payments are determined by settlement administrators.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClaimHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to missed settlement deadlines, incorrect payout estimates, or claim rejections.
